I have been supporting people like you with career choice, career change and job search issues for over 20 years.

I love the satisfaction of working with clients, helping them to explore and realise their career potential.

I started my working life in retail management and quickly realised that the ‘helping people’ dimension of the job was of more interest to me than the commercial aspects.

So what did I do?

I went to a professional career coach for advice and realised that her job was just the kind of thing I was looking for!

So I decided to give up my job and return to college to study a postgraduate diploma in Careers Guidance. And I am pleased to say that I have never regretted that move!

Since then I have been privileged to work with hundreds of clients, helping them to find their way forward with their careers. This could mean anything from a quick cv review to a complete career change.

So what’s so special about working with a career change professional?

Most of the career change sites I reviewed seemed to skim over the most challenging part of any career change – that is working out what on earth you want to do instead! I wanted to build a website that was easily found in the search engines so it would reach and support many more people than I could ever reach in person. I'm not technical and I didn't want to spend a fortune on a web designer.

I explored many options and eventually chose to build my website myself using Site Build It. It has been a fantastic resource and has given me the freedom to build and grow this site at my own speed, learning as I go along.
